Howdy? In the last two post I have been talking about the uses of castor oil. I know I just discussed the health benefits without really putting recipes or how to use it to achieve your aim.
How to use castor oil for hair.
1) Combats hair loss Just take some castor oil, and massage it to your scalp and roots. Wash it off, after leaving it for an hour or two. Ricinoleic acid that is
present in castor oil helps to protect your hair and stimulates circulation of nutrient rich blood to your scalp.
2) Treats scalp infection
Scalp infection can cause major hair problems like bald patches, itchy scalp, etc. This can also stop hair growth. So, if you want to boast healthy, lustrous tresses, then it is really essential to treat the scalp infections.Apply it to your scalp regularly.
How to use castor oil for acne treatment.
1. Prepare some towels and a pot of steaming water
2. Hold the towel over your head as you let the steam reach your face while leaning over the steaming pot of water
3. After a few minutes, your pores will open up and will be ready for the Castor Oil treatment.
4. Rub the oil using small circular
motions over the areas with acne or prone to acne.
5. Use another wet warm towel to wipe the Castor Oil from your skin.
6. Rinse skin with cold or cool water toshrink the pores.
7. Pat your skin dry and use a very small amount of Castor Oil as a moisturizer until you cleanse your skin again.
This therapy is effective especially for acne prevention and treatment.
How to use castor oil on scars
To break down internal scarring,
soak a piece of clean cloth with
castor oil and place it over the scararea for an hour or two each day.You can also simply rub castor oil over the scar each day. More serious internal scarring will take longer to break down.
